About the Event
Team of Pianists presents C & C Rigg Bequest Classic Music in Historic Venues 2022 at Labassa. Enjoy two different, contrasting 40 - 45 minute recitals in the one afternoon amongst the opulent architectural features and impresssive interiors of the Italianate National Trust Mansion Labassa. Mezzo-soprano Sally-Anne Russell, tenor Michael Petruccelli with pianist Darrryl Coote perform Italian arias and love songs in the Reception Room. Orix Duo - Ye Jin Choi (cello) and Kevin Suherman (piano) perform Beethoven, Martinu and Casals in the Music Room.
Each magnificently restored room seats 40 people only, thus each recital will be performed twice, after interval the audience will swap rooms to hear their second recital.
